6. What days and Hours can I schedule a Training?

7. Do I need to purchase a book?
-
If you are attending an instructor led BLS Provider Course, The American Heart
Association requires students to have access to the course materials before, during, and
after the course. Links to purchase the manual or ebook will be provided upon registration.
If you are completing a blended Online Course you DO NOT need a book.

If you are attending instructor-led course such as First Aid, CPR AED, you DO NOT
need to purchase a book. If you need any materials for the course you are taking it will be
provided to you on the day of class.
8. When will I receive my ecard?
-
You will receive it within 24 to 48 hours if not sooner. You can also request to receive it the same day. Just ask during registration!
9. Does a CPR Card Expire?
-
CPR Certifications Valid for 2 years.
10. Will there be a Final Test given?
-
Yes! You must get a Passing score of 8o%
11. Im having trouble activating my online course?
-
Once you've logged in, click on the URL link in your confirmation email. If you are
unable to click on the link, copy/paste the entire URL into your browser. Do not enter the
given link into the keycode box (where it says activate a keycode). Once a keycode is
activated, it cannot be activated again, but rather should be showing up under your "Active Courses."

It is recommended by the AHA that you use Chrome as your browser and that you use a
PC, laptop or tablet (rather than a smartphone). You will need a flash player, and disable pop-up blocker

12. How can I get continuing education credits?

If you completed an online course, you can retrieve the continuing education certificate
via the eLearning website w/this link https://cpr.heart.org/en/resources/faqs/need-to-claim-your-aha continuing education-credits.

For instructor led courses email: vicki@savealifecprclass.com within 60 days your
class. Save a Life CPR AED First Aid will submit your roster to the AHA and you will receive a form to
complete and send in to your accrediting organization.
13. Can I pay for a Training session on the same day of the session?
• Individuals
We take Debit, Credit cards, and online payments Prior to scheduling class date and time.
• Organizations
We usually require a full payment to reserve a date. But if that isn’t possible, there needs to be at least a 50% deposit 3 days before the class to hold the date.
14. What is the Payment/Cancellation policy?

We have a no refund policy. You must call 24 hours before class to reschedule. A reschedule is based upon the instructors availability. Refunds are only issued if the instructor cancels the class and the student is not available for the rescheduled date/time of the class. Payment is required at the time of class registration.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for class you will have to reschedule! There is a $25 rescheduling fee that must be paid in order to schedule another class at a later date. No call /no shows will result in NO REFUNDS or registering for future classes.
